At Kinetix Automation Controls we design and manufacture customer oriented machinery and systems.

These systems have allowed our customers to streamline their manufacturing process, improve product quality and implement labor efficient systems. We serve a diversity of industries including pharmaceutical, food, rice, sugar, confectionery, chemical, cement and other industrial manufacturing.

Our founder Mirza Fahim Ahmad Baig started serving the industry in 1984 from Karachi Pakistan. Developing and manufacturing Pakistan’s first weighing scale and later developing a full range of weighing systems which are still a major part of our products portfolio such as Bagging Machines for rice sugar pesticides and other granular products, Linear Weighers with vibrators, Conveyor Weighing, Honey and other liquids Filling Machines, Impact Weigher for measuring flow of solid materials, Belt Scales for check weighing, Tensile testing machines such as statimat for polyester threads and process control systems such as autocane system for sugar mills.

Kinetix Automation Controls entered the fiberglass pipes industry when a renowned fiberglass company asked us to develop a fiberglass pipe winding control system for their old Filament Winding Machine which they imported from a foriegn country a long time ago. Later we developed a full GRP/FRP pipes manufacturing production line and have the previlage of being the first company to ever manufacture and supply a Filament Winding Machine with a complete production line including mandrel/pipe extraction machine.

Kinetix Automation Controls in the Energy Sector is manufacturing Gasification Systems to allow industries to utilize coal and other biomass fuels available for fulfilling their energy needs. Pakistan is currently facing serious energy supply problems. Energy demand has been increasing by about 8% per year during the last 10 years and this trend is likely to continue. We are enabling our clients to get immunity from load-shedding they are facing and become self sustained for their energy requirements. This is our solution to energy crises.
